We’ve officially made it into 2019, and Fallout 4 is still going strong with a large player base on Steam. Mainly because Fallout 76 is a completely different type of experience, with a lot of fans preferring to play Fallout 4 still.

With a new year, we can expect a lot of new mods to arrive. Especially on PC, where the modding scene is by far the largest over all 3 platforms.

In this post, we’re going to take a look at some of the best Nude & Adult mods for Fallout 4 that are working in 2019. Due to it being very early into the year, some of these mods may have been released much earlier on.

Caliente’s Beautiful Bodies Enhancer

Caliente’s Beautiful Bodies Enhancer, also known as CBBE changes the vanilla female body shape in Fallout 4. The options provided when installing are Slim, Curvy, Vanilla and Never Nude. With Never Nude enabled, you can use the body types but the character will wear underwear. CBBE is compatible with the BodySlide tool, which allows you to morph the characters and outfits yourself into shapes you desire.

Fortaleza Armor

The Fortaleza Armor mod adds 6 new sets of armor to the game which all consist of separated pieces. These pieces can be combined into any combination you want, with a wide choice of textures. This mod works with CBBE above, which is a requirement. The author claims that it’s the biggest armor mod currently available for Fallout 4, supposedly offering millions of different combinations.

Female Outfit Replacer

This mod replaces all of the vanilla outfits in Fallout 4 for the female model. Specifically with sexier/skimpy outfits, with there being a 130 outfits in total. Not only does it change the main character, but also NPCs, enemies and follower outfits. These outfits also have high heels and will require CBBE and BodySlide to use.

Delyte’s Charm and Essence

This mod adds 35 new outfits for the female character in Fallout 4. Whilst some items can be found in the game world, it will be easiest to craft them at a Chemistry Station under the ‘Delyte’ section. Again, this mod will require you to use both CBBE and BodySlide which changes the body shape of female characters. A full preview of all the different outfits can be seen on the mods page.

Gil Elvgren – Pinup Better Pictures v2.0

This mod is a simple one and doesn’t affect characters. Instead, it changes the artwork and pinups which replace the vanilla ones available in the settlement building menu. Most of the images are provocative and suit the theme of this post.

Valkyr Female Face and Body Textures

This mod replaces the vanilla textures for faces and bodies of human characters in Fallout 4. It works great alongside CBBE, as well as any other mods in this list. Although if you are using CBBE, you will need to install the separate mod located in the pages description.

Female Sexy Sitting and Standing Animation Replacer

As expected, this mod replaces some of the animations in the game for female characters. Specifically the idle sitting and idle standing animations. Female characters in the game will now cross their legs, whilst the standing animations have been changed to look a little more ‘sexier’ according to the developer.

Lacy Underwear

Adds a set of Lacy Underwear to Fallout 4, which can act as a nudity replacer. The mod is intended to work with CBBE, and also offers support for BodySlide so that you can use any body shape you want. In-game, there are a lot of different color variations available, changing both the bow and standard fabric.

Commonwealth Mini Dresses

Commonwealth Mini Dresses adds nine new craftable dresses to the game. These are Atom Cats, Power Noodles, Mega Surgery Center, Fallon’s Basement, Farmer’s, Diamond City Surplus, Patrolman, Trashcan Carla and Guns Guns Guns. Whilst they can be crafted under a chemistry. Like most other mods, it has support for CBBE to match the various body shapes.

Sporty Underwear

Adds a set of Sporty Underwear to the Commonwealth which act as a Nude Replacer. There are 5 different color variations, and this mod is compatible with or without AWKCR. The mod is designed around CBBE, but also offers support for BodySlide. Depending on whether you have AWKCR or not, they can either be crafted at a Chemistry Station or Armor Bench.

Physics

With the BodySlide addon on the CBBE mod page comes the 'CBBE Body Physics' set.

Choose it in the Outfit/Body drop down of BodySlide and build it. Your nude body should now have breast physics.

There will be more work on this in the future.

To install this mod use Nexus Mod Manager.

1.Install the archive to Nexus Mod Manager like you would do with any other mod and enable it.

2.Under the 'Supported Tools' drop down at the top of NMM, configurate/launch BodySlide and always run it from there.

3. If NMM didn't find the BodySlide folder by itself, you have select the BodySlide folder within your game's Steam folder yourself (right-click).

4.IMPORTANT: Do NOT select the virtual install BodySlide folder of NMM, select the one in the real game folder of Steam! Install any BodySlide addons to NMM as well.
