Destiny Early Access Weapons Pack 2017
The Vanguard Armory was a pre-order bonus in Destiny, gaining you early access to content others have to work for. All the weapons/gear have 60 attack power and are uncommon (Green). You must be level 5 to use them. To purchase the gear, talk to the Vanguard Quartermaster located in the Tower Hanger which is to the right of the spawn close to where you buy ships/sparrows. Video above also shows the location!
Edit: The gear will increase in level as you reach level 10 (& 15 possibly). However by then you will likely find much better gear.
